Education Committee

The work of the Education Committee will focus on education, early childhood, and disability issues. Specifically, its perspective will be a comprehensive one, and include policy, legislation, and funding proposed by either the executive or legislative branches of the US government. The group will identify new initiatives in any of these three areas, analyze the content of what’s being proposed, develop positions, and plan information dissemination and advocacy strategies.

With all of the activity of the Obama administration in this area, this should be an exciting and productive year for the Committee. Anybody wanting to know more information about the Committee or interested in participating, should contact: Duncan Munn, 847 — 7721, or marshdunc@aol.com
